What a lovely stay! The most valuable part was the comfortable bed. I slept like a baby! Breakfast had delicious options but the pool was unexpectedly closed. Overall, a great experience despite the setback! 😌

I had mixed feelings about my time at Quality Inn. The room was spacious, and the bed felt comfortable every night. The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive. I appreciated the breakfast options, which were adequate and ensured I didn't leave hungry. The location was great for getting around South Bend, especially during busy times. However, the pool was closed for my entire 5-day stay, which was a huge letdown. I also ran out of toilet paper twice, which was inconvenient. Cleaning staff didn’t make the beds but changed the towels daily. Upon check-in, the clerk mistook my card details. The follow-up on the refund took longer than expected. I felt it could be run more smoothly. Overall, there are good points but some things definitely need addressing.

I was incredibly frustrated with my stay. The front desk would not provide clean cups for coffee, only dirty plastic water cups! The remote control and card key were incredibly filthy with grease, which was disgusting. It's hard to enjoy a hotel when basic cleanliness is ignored.

Clean room, friendly staff, the indoor swimming pool was a wonderful option for relaxation after a busy day of exploring, and the breakfast provided had a good variety to start the day right.
